Otten Penna played an active part in the key 1994 case that established the rights of lesbian couples in relation to joint residence orders for their children. We have a steady stream of lesbian and gay clients who travel considerable distances to seek our advice. All our staff are respectful in their attitude to minority groups and know that families come in many different shapes and sizes.
